They go to Darwin every year and are 12/12 playing up there but they've also said as a club it absolutely cooks them as a club physically and they got rid of a fair bit of their depth to draft kids who aren't physically there yet and the midfield who is/was one of the best talent wise has turned into the worst in the comp statistically, Add injuries to the toilers who keep the whole thing going.

There's also some main players who want to go back to Melbourne and apparently coaches/players blaming each other which is always fun.

Perfect summary and I’ll add one thing.
A massive 2nd half collapse in the first game after Darwin against North Melbourne gave them psychological damage.

As politely as I can my brothers, all of whom I respect immensely, this is the Titans v Storm thread … there is a dedicated thread for the Suns discussion here: https://thelot.live/forum/index.php?threads/gold-coast-suns.19042/page-9

If it gets buried in the sports section then it goes here to die.
Nobody looks here including myself.

Bodsie I doubt that’s because it’s the sports section, it’s because this is a rugby league forum.

[DIEHARD]

Well I think it's still worth posting some occasional news and views. There is always something of note happening.

And if you post it'll at least show up in the New Posts section. Which is what I always refresh.

[Cowabunga]

That might have been the biggest choke in sporting history....

Wharfie time absolutely cooked them.

[DIEHARD]

So brutal the brutality and cringe and embarrassment jumped football codes and struck me down. Actually sorry for Freo. Would have been their first.

Wharfie Time what an embarrassment

Yea doesn’t take a genius to know the Lions would have keyed this in for reverse motivation.

I only watch one game of Rules a year and I reckon their commentary team is so much better than our egotistical wankers.

They own the whole broadcast don't they? Whereas our commentary teams are up to the networks.

Don't know if he was on the team (as I never watch) but I need less Brayshaw, not more.

Thought they were all ex-players.
