Flying off my own bat. I’m looking at those packages and can’t see how I’m getting value from it. Even looking at the same hotels as in the packages, it looks much cheaper organising myself

I agree I think I may organize it myself but 1st timers to Vegas may be intimidated by the thought of it + 5 nights is not enough time after 14 hours flying

Apparently the Titans charter flight is almost sold out, they are looking at a second dedicated charter flight. No other team has yet sold their first charter flight

Heads up guys and gals. I wrote to my preferred hotel to find out why I can't book yet for the 2 weeks I'll be there.
They informed me that Nascar is on at the speedway the weekend after the footy!

So where are we all staying? This will be trip number 8 for me to Vegas which also coincides with my 40th birthday. I just booked myself my Accom and tickets as while the packages were decent, I was able to get a better deal through my casino membership. Haven’t booked my flights but plenty of options. Have booked at both Cosmopolitan and Planet Hollywood. Just waiting to see how many mates I get coming (a few then will high roll at cosmopolitan, if more you can’t be the location and amenities near PH).

It’s definitely on the list!! A lot of those trips were in the golden era of the early 2010s when the exchange was $1.15 AUD. Has been 10 years between trips ( kids will do that haha)

Oh yea, I remember those days. But in reverse.
That's when my wife studied her Masters in Oz and the exchange rate was... well with HKD it was just under 8.40 now it is about 5.4.
Sounds like it's going to be a real big one for you after waiting a decade!
